Our next month’s show is going to be a doozy! We’re learning all about our suburban neighbors to the north: Pflugerville!

This is the Pfluger Coat of Arms, part of the proud history of a sleepy German town started by immigrants. Pretty soon, they threw a ‘p’ in front of every other word and started having fun with homonymns! You know we’ll be pronouncing that ‘p’ every time.

Get your BRAINS in the game, gang!

Hey, y'all!

Before SXSW invades downtown for its conference-style debauchery, we're going to get hardcore in neuroscience with a show about BRAINS.

That's right: BRRRRRRRRAINS.

Since we don't know anything about neuroscience, we're probably going to occupy a lot more pseudo-science, horror science and... NOT ACTUAL science.

Our crack team of heady investigators are going to use their own massive brains to learn about other brains of all shapes and sizes so we can all develop deeper, meatier grooves in our own hemispheres. It's gonna get real meta, is what we're saying.

But still, it is the Encyclopedia Show, so you can probably expect a lot of jokes about zombies and blunt head trauma, too.

Sound good? GRRRRRREAT! Let's do it!
